A Hospital Leader Uses Real Stories To Gain Trust And Support

Sandra Coletta (LRI '93), who began her career as an accountant and started in healthcare as an internal auditor at a hospital, began telling the stories when she became president of Kent Hospital, part of the Care New England Health System, in 2008.
