Top 10 Reasons LRI’s Core Program Matters

According to the 2017 NU II Class

LRI collected responses from a 2017 NU II Class survey about their 10-month Core Program experiences at the halfway point (July). Participants were asked to reflect on 16 statements and choose the most appropriate response on a sliding scale from “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree.” The following responses were collected online over July and August.

These are the NU II Top Ten, having answered in the affirmative with Agree/Strongly Agree (percentages listed next to statements below) to “The Core Program enhanced my ability to…”

Those answering in the affirmative above cite significant skills enhancements in Leadership Development, Relationship Building, Civic Understanding, Community Engagement, and Workplace Engagement as a result of the first half of the 10-month Core Program.
