Core Program
The Core Program is not a starting point for leadership development, but rather a process for leaders to refine and enhance their commitment to shaping Rhode Island’s future. Graduates join Leadership Rhode Island’s network of 2,800+ alumni, and gain access to 700,000+ leaders through a National Leadership Network.
The Leadership Rhode Island Senior Fellows Program, in partnership with Age-Friendly Rhode Island, is an 8-week summer program geared to lifting the voices, knowledge, and vision of Rhode Island residents 62 and older.
We strategically assemble diverse groups of alumni to dine together and share dynamic discussions connecting personal stories to current topics impacting Rhode Island and our country.

Hosted in Providence, RI, the 2024 Association of Leadership Programs National Conference is a gateway for graduates of Leadership Programs and CLP Staff to experience three days packed with dynamic speakers, interactive workshops, and thought-provoking discussions.
